Enemies explained:
Skull - You will lose 5 points after clicking it
Mr. Eye - Click his bouncing eye to get rid of him
Mr. Blackout - To get rid of the darkness, you need to click mr. Blackout who's invisible. If your cursor is on him, you'll hear his whispers.
Man on fire - If your cursor is touching him, it will also be caught in the fire. In that state you can't click anything other than the flame. To get rid of this, click it 20 times.
Lizard - You will lose 100 points after clicking him. Keep track of his timer to avoid it.
